Travel
Providence is easily accessible by rail and air. The Amtrak station is just a half mile from the conference hotel, and the airport, just 9 miles outside the city, offers regular bus service to the downtown area. Southwest Airlines might be worth checking out in addition to the regular carriers. All conference events will happen within walking distance of the hotel.
Hotel
The conference hotel for NVSA 2015 is the beautiful Hotel Providence. Online reservations are no longer being accepted, but rooms may be available by telephone at 800-861-8990 (mention the Northeast Victorian Studies Association). The group rate (rate extended to March 27th) is $139/night plus tax.
